Returns & Refunds Policy

At Earth Veil Artistry, each piece is handcrafted with intention and care. We want you to feel truly connected to your jewelry. If something doesn’t feel aligned, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Return Eligibility

You must initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
  • It must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

To start a return, email us at sales@earthveilartistry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sacred and personalized nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a defect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether through a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
